Genuine Tunisian Turkish Wool Tallis

The Turkish Tallit (Echt Turkish) is woven from especially thick wool yarn. The extra weight and more distinct ridges in the weave of a Turkish tallis gives it a more traditional and authentic feeling. The Tallis is finished with a double knot on the fringes which adds a touch of elegance to its traditional feel.

Lining and Sideband Included:

Lining is made from white cotton and is sewn on the inside upper part of the tallis helps keep dirt and sweat off of the wool and makes it more comfortable to wear.

Side bands are decorative bands sewn to the underside along the edges on the length for additional reinforcement.

Middle band is a decorative band running on the topside through the center on the whole width.
